Burnt out of equine practice? Thinking of switching to the dark side? Ready to make a change but worried that you don't know enough about other species? Thinking corporate might be safer but dreading corporate control? We’ve got a solution for your dilemma. Multi doctor ( 5 Dr ) mixed ( primarily equine and companion animal )practice has a deal for you. We need a person comfortable with equine general practice who wants to also practice companion animal medicine and/or surgery. Why us? Limited equine on call ( 1 night a week, 1 weekend every 3- 4 weeks) and best of all, a thorough mentorship program to introduce you to companion animal practice. We have 2 boarded mentors ( internal medicine, theriogenology and equine practice) , as well as 2 other senior doctors who are here to help you learn the ropes. Great support staff ( who also want to help you succeed!), and all the other good stuff as well. Plus, you still get to work on horses - just not to the point of burn out. Maybe even get to ride your own horse?
