Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary of $100k - $120k (DOE) w/ 20% production (no negative accrual)
- Sign-on bonus - $10k
- Relocation assistance - $2000
- 4-Day work week with rotating Saturdays
- Monthly Medical Stipend (up to $500/month!)
- 3 weeks PTO + paid holidays
- 401k with 3% match
- $2500 CE allowance & 5 days CE time off
- Opportunity to expand into equine medicine if desired
- Dues Licensing fees covered
