Associate Veterinarian
We are seeking a compassionate Veterinarian to join our team at our successful clinic. The ideal candidate will be a skilled clinician with excellent communications skills and a strong commitment to delivery outstanding veterinary care. Type: Full Time, working 4 days a week with mandatory Saturdays

Salary Details:
- Two years sign-up bonus: $5000 every 6 months for two years.
- Salary is competitive and can be discussed depending on your experience level and skills.
- We offer a competitive 21% production salary with a guaranteed base and no negative production penalty.

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
- New grads are welcome, and mentorship will be provided
- Licensure to practice veterinary medicine in the United States and the state of New Jersey
- Compassion for animals and their owners, and dedication to providing high-quality medical care
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex medical information to pet owners
- Ability to work collaboratively with other veterinary staff and support personnel
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
- Continuing education and willingness to stay current in the field of veterinary medicine
- Bonus qualifications may include experience in emergency medicine, exotic animal medicine, or other specializations in veterinary medicine.

The Ridgefield Park Animal Hospital is a full-service veterinary hospital that is centrally located on Main Street in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey. Less than 3 miles from New York City, and serves a great part of the Northern New Jersey community.
With our state-of-art facility and dedicated team, we aim to provide exceptional care to our patients while promoting a welcoming and supportive environment for our clients and staff. While our primary focus is dogs and cats, we also serve a diverse range of pets including birds, ferrets, reptiles and other small mammals. Despite a consistent increase in clientele, we welcome new clients nearly every day. Our newly renovated 3500 square feet facility is fully equipped with advanced technology, including in-house lab machines, digital x-rays, dental x-rays, three ultrasound machines, endoscopy, therapeutic lasers, a brand new CT- scan machine and the recently added Vetovation Laparoscopy.
Our veterinary office takes pride in offering high-quality integrated medicine with a focus on orthopedic surgeries including TPLO, MMP, TTA and fracture repair; neurological procedures such as myelograms and hemilaminectomy and soft tissue surgeries including perineal hernia repair, cystotomy, foreign body removal, and partial pericardial sac removal. Additionally we have been offering minimal invasive surgery.
Led by the owner of the practice, a certified acupuncturist and MS-TCVM, we offer holistic approaches to complement traditional veterinary care such as acupuncture, medical massages (Tui-Na), herbal medicines and much more.
We are willing to mentor associate veterinarians interested in learning surgery, acupuncture, and/or ultrasound while fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional developments.
