• Our continually growing practice is still privately owned and has grown over the past 30 years to thrive with new technology and current medical practices.
• Our state-of-the-art hospital has been renovated ad remodeled to house our growing need and includes 2 surgery suites, 2 dental stations, and ICU, isolation ward, and 10 exam rooms.
• The Del Val staff prides itself on mentoring and collaboration. Due to the size of the practice, current staffing and caseload, doctors are never alone, constantly mentored, and case discussions are the norm.

About the Practice:

• Located within 30 minutes from Philadelphia, 1 hour from the shore, 2 hours from NYC and Baltimore, we are close the excitement of the city while being in a semi-rural suburban setting.
• Pay is competitive with a base plus production format for fulltime veterinarians (new grads start on salary until they can thrive on a production basis). Minimum pay for a full-time veterinarian is $150,000/year regardless of pay format.
• Benefits including a profit-share 401k are competitive as well.
• Full-time staff includes 9 veterinarians (3 with 20+ years at Del Val, 3 with 5-19 years, and 3 with 2-4 years) and an amazing staff of CVTs, assistants, CSRs, and kennel aids.

Requirements

DVM/VMD or equivalent and eligible for NJ licensure.
