Lexington Veterinary Associates is the premier 3-hospital AAHA Accredited veterinary practice located in beautiful Davidson County in North Carolina. Strategically positioned between Charlotte and Raleigh, LVA has provided outstanding care to pets and their owners for over 40 years. As a small animal veterinary practice, we deliver best in class medicine with a caring and compassionate team who treat each and every animal as their own.
Lexington Veterinary Associates is looking to add new doctors to our practice. Our growth is fueled by our excellent reputation and the influx of new families moving to Lexington, NC to build their futures—bringing plenty of new pets to our community!
We value proficiency in general surgery, dentistry, and diagnostic interpretation, but we also encourage new graduates to apply.

Here is what you can expect when you join our team:
Competitive Salary package
- Salary commensurate with experience
- Retention Bonus - $50,000 and vesting over 4 years, including a sign on bonus of $10,000

Requirements
Qualifications:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) from an accredited institution
Valid and active veterinary license in North Carolina
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Commitment to high standards of patient care and client service
