About us
Airpark Animal Hospital is privately owned and we are the only AAHA-accredited veterinary facility in Carroll County. We offer cutting-edge care through compassion, teamwork, education and technology. Dr Charles H. Kable, the first-ever veterinarian in Carroll County, opened his doors in 1933. While the location has changed since then, the care has been continuous. Dr John Kable and Nicholas Herrick completed the current facility in 1997 and we maintain constant updates to stay cutting-edge. Private, local ownership is key to our philosophy and has now passed on to Dr. Laura Owens, Dr. Ben Kable, and Carl Smith, MBA.
