About the Role
Thrive Charlotte – Mallard Creek is looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community.

Thrive Charlotte – Mallard Creek is a general practice located in Charlotte, North Carolina, focusing on primary care services including wellness and preventive care, surgery, vaccinations, and diagnostic testing. Our hospital is staffed by a compassionate, professional team dedicated to providing exceptional care to pets and supporting the families who love them.
We believe all pets are family and deserve the best care. Our team is highly skilled, well-trained, and enjoys a schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance.
Hospital Hours:
We are open Monday–Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Thursday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Requirements
Experience & Skills Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required
- Active veterinary license in good standing in the state where they intend to be hired (must be obtained prior to the start date)
- Active DEA license or eligibility to obtain DEA licensure
