Position Overview:
We are looking for a well-rounded, client-focused, and team-oriented Associate Veterinarian to join our dynamic team. You’ll have the autonomy to make clinical decisions with the support of a well-trained staff and access to state-of-the-art equipment, including cloud based records, digital radiology, ultrasound, Class IV Laser Therapy, and full in-house lab capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Medical Care: Provide high-quality medical and surgical care, including routine spay/neuter, dental procedures with digital radiography, and use of our ultrasound and full surgical suite.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with pet owners, ensuring compassionate and clear communication.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment with a 2:1 tech-to-doctor ratio.
High Standards of Care: Maintain our commitment to practicing gold standard veterinary medicine, utilizing cloud-based software and modern diagnostic tools.
Surgery Days: Perform routine surgeries and dental procedures, supported by dedicated staff for patient care during and after surgery.

Requirements
Qualifications:
DVM or VMD Degree: From an accredited university, with a valid Illinois veterinary license.
Clinical Experience: At least 12-18 months in general practice, emergency, or surgery preferred, but new graduates will be considered.
Commitment to Excellence: High clinical standards and a passion for providing exceptional care.
Team and Client-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills and a dedication to maintaining a positive team culture.
Surgical Experience: Routine surgical and dental procedure skills are highly valued.
