Maple Lane Veterinary Clinic, a well established and family owned small animal practice, is seeking a Full-Time Associate Veterinarian to join our dedicated and compassionate team. Located centrally in the scenic Shenandoah Valley, our clinic sits conveniently between Harrisonburg and Staunton, just off Interstate 81.
At Maple Lane, we are committed to delivering high quality, personalized veterinary care in a welcoming and client focused environment. Our practice values consistency, integrity, and excellence in patient care, and we pride ourselves on fostering long term relationships with our clients and their pets.
We are supported by a skilled and collaborative team, including five Licensed Veterinary Technicians, who are integral to our practice’s success. Our facility is fully equipped with modern diagnostic and surgical tools, including an in house laboratory, digital radiography, dental and surgical suites, and a boarding facility.

Candidate Qualifications:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree
- Licensed (or eligibility to be licensed) in the state of Virginia
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Strong work ethic with a collaborative and adaptable mindset

Requirements
1. Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an accredited institution
2. Licensure (or eligibility to be licenced) to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Virginia
3. Strong clinical skills with the ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions in small animals
4. Excellent communication skills. Verbal and written with clients, colleagues, and support staff
5. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced, team oriented environment
6. Positive and professional attitude with a focus on compassionate care
7. Collaborative mindset; able to work cohesively with veterinarians and support staff
8. Commitment to consistent, high quality, patient centered care
9. Strong work ethic and attention to detail
10. Interest in contributing to a supportive and community focused workplace culture
11. Desire for a long term role in a stable, family owned veterinary practice
