About the Role
As an experienced Associate or Lead Veterinarian with us, you’ll have the opportunity to take your career to the next level. This role goes beyond practicing exceptional medicine—you’ll help shape the culture of our hospital, set clinical standards, and be a trusted voice in decision-making. For those with leadership aspirations, you’ll also have the chance to mentor colleagues, guide medical operations, and play a key role in the growth and success of the practice.

Collaborate with and mentor a team of dedicated veterinary professionals
Contribute to clinical decision-making and help oversee medical operations

Requirements
Qualifications:
-Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution.
-Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Connecticut.
-At least 3-5 years of clinical experience as a veterinarian with experience in leadership or mentorship roles.
-Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with both pets and their owners.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
