- Team- Join a collaborative and dynamic team of 40 doctors, 24-hour hospital offering General Practice, Emergency, and Specialty services.
- Facilities/Technology: We recently expanded with a brand-new ICU and state-of-the-art surgery suite featuring five exam rooms, four fully-equipped surgical suites, prep and sterilization areas, and spacious pre- and post-op spaces.
- Hands-Free Radiology: Radiologists are on-site Monday through Saturday to support our cases with expert imaging.
- Fear-Free Approach: We are proud to have Fear-Free Certified associates committed to low-stress patient care.
- AAHA-accredited
- On-site specialists in Cardiology, Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Oncology, and Surgery.
- Advanced diagnostic tools including CT, digital radiography, endoscopy, rhinoscopy, bronchoscopy, fluoroscopy, Class IV therapy laser, and more.
- A well-supported internship program where doctors actively contribute to clinical education.
- An exceptional support staff including licensed/unlicensed technicians, technician assistants, doctors’ assistants, and client service representatives.

Who we look for
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or equivalent from an accredited university.
- Maintains a current DEA license
- Stays up to date with changes in veterinary medicine, fulfills VCA requirements for attending local VCA hosted CE, and completes a minimum of 30 hours of accredited
- CE per calendar year.

Total Rewards
As a member of the VCA family, eligible full-time employees will be rewarded with a comprehensive package, including:
Compensation
- The annual salary range for this position is $66,560 - $180K.
- Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials. Salary range listed is based on a 40 hour work week.
- This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs.

Qualifications
- A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, from an accredited university or equivalent
- Licensure in good standing to practice in CA, or the ability to obtain
- A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics
