Camboro Veterinary Hospital, located in Edinboro, PA—just a short drive from the beautiful Lake Erie—is looking for a Managing Veterinarian / Medical Director to guide our hospital into its next exciting chapter.
About the Role
As the Managing Veterinarian / Medical Director, you will play a key leadership role by:
- Overseeing all aspects of medical operations, from protocols to case management
- Leading and mentoring our team of associate veterinarians and support staff
- Ensuring full compliance with veterinary regulations and licensure requirements
- Driving strategic growth through innovative clinical and operational initiatives
- Monitoring financial performance, budget planning, and key hospital metrics
- Collaborating with the Hospital Manager to improve client experience and practice efficiency

Compensation:
- Base salary of $120,000-$135,000
- Production-based bonuses

What We're Looking For
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent)
- Active Pennsylvania veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
- Previous leadership or management experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
- Passion for mentorship, growth, and high-quality patient care
