Pine Hollow Veterinary Services is looking for a Veterinary Practice Manager to help lead and support our growing team at Animal Hospital of Meadville.

The Opportunity:
We're seeking a confident, organized, and people-first manager to join our leadership team. We are looking for an individual to step into a collaborative management role within our practice.  This position offers flexibility, autonomy, and opportunity for growth.

As Practice Manager, you’ll work closely with upper management and our doctors to ensure alignment on goals, operations, and culture. This role requires a collaborative spirit and the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the team to drive results and maintain a healthy, efficient practice environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing day-to-day hospital operations
Leading, mentoring, and developing team members
Managing schedules, HR tasks, and client service standards
Supporting a positive culture rooted in accountability, teamwork, and respect
Collaborating closely with ownership, upper management, and medical leadership to meet business and medical objectives
Ensuring top-tier patient care and client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in veterinary management or leadership role preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage people, processes, and priorities
Passion for veterinary medicine and a commitment to excellence
A collaborative mindset with the confidence to contribute to higher-level decisions
