We’re not here to micromanage—we’re here to back each other up, build real ER chops, and treat every patient like they’re our own.
We’re hiring a part-time ER vet (3–6 shifts/month) who’s ready to jump in, learn a lot, and love what they do—even on the busy nights. Whether you're building your skills or bringing years of experience, this is the kind of place where you can do your best work and actually feel good at the end of the shift.

Tools & Tech:
We’re equipped for full workups and quick decisions:
- Digital radiology
- Ultrasound
- Complete in-house lab
- Paperless medical records
- You’ll interpret your own imaging, handle common emergency surgeries (GDVs, C-sections, foreign bodies, splenectomies, cystotomies), and keep costs down for clients while boosting your skills—and your paycheck.
We Invest in Your Interests:
- $2,500 annual CE allowance (and extra time off to use it)
- Specialized CE — think dentistry, cardiology, acupuncture, exotics, or whatever lights you up

What We’re Looking For:
- DVM (or equivalent) licensed in Indiana
- Emergency surgery experience—or the drive to learn
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comfort with fast-paced environments
- Team-first mindset, strong communication, and a good sense of humor

Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary school
- Ability to work overnight, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Indiana state veterinary license
- Proficient in veterinary terminology and procedures
- Team player who encourages others to be at their best
- Excellent communication skills with both clients and team members
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Can comfortably perform all surgical procedures related to ER
- Passionate about animal health and pet care
- Work overnight to support Emergency cases
