The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our experienced, collaborative team. You’ll be supported by a cohesive group of doctors, credentialed technicians, and a leadership team that truly values your voice. We offer a flexible schedule and opportunities to build your caseload around your clinical passions.
Compensation:
- $110,000–$130,000 base salary depending on experience
- 21% production bonus, paid monthly
- No negative accrual
The Schedule:
- Flexible scheduling options — including four-day workweeks
- No on-call or after-hours emergencies
Our Services & Equipment:
- Trusted care for working dogs, including TSA and casino K9 units
- Soft tissue, orthopedic, and laser surgery
- Digital radiography and dental radiographs
- Ultrasound and PRP therapy
- Comprehensive in-house lab
- Urgent care and dentistry
- Preventive care and client education
