Rehoboth Beach Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our growing team in beautiful Rehoboth Beach, Delaware!

We’re a full-service companion animal practice treating dogs, cats, and pocket pets with compassion and cutting-edge care. Our team of dedicated doctors and experienced support staff has been serving the community for over 14 years—and we’re just getting started!

The Role

• Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply—mentorship and growth opportunities are available!
• Enjoy a 4-day workweek with 3 days off – no on-call or after-hours shifts!
• Weekly schedule includes one surgery day, one urgent care day, and two GP days.
• 30-minute appointments and 4:1 tech-to-doctor ratio ensure you have time and support for each case.
• We welcome new service offerings based on your interests!
• Strong interest in dentistry? You’ll thrive here—and mentorship is available.
