Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary: $100k–$135k, based on experience + production bonuses
- Choice of incentives: Sign-on bonus, retention bonus, or relocation assistance
- Group benefits: Health, dental, vision, ancillary coverage & 401(k)
- Generous CE allowance + licensing, DEA, dues, and professional fees covered
- Predictable schedule: 4-day workweek + rotating Saturday mornings (Business Hours: Mon–Fri 7:30am–5:30pm; Sat 8:00am–12:00pm)
