ABC Veterinary Hospital, located in beautiful San Marcos, CA, is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our dedicated, light-hearted, and hard-working team!
Our hospital has been a trusted name in veterinary care for over 25 years, providing high-quality medicine and compassionate service to pets and their families. We believe pets are important members of our families, and we treat each pet as if it were our very own. Our facility is equipped with advanced diagnostic and treatment tools including digital radiology, ultrasound, endoscopy, a modern diagnostic laboratory, a full surgery suite, and a dedicated comfort room for euthanasia.
We are proud to offer 30-minute appointments, two-hour mid-day blocks for lunch/callbacks/drop-offs, and a rotating schedule that allows for four-day workweeks and great work-life balance.
What We Offer
Base Salary: $110,000 – $160,000 depending on experience
Quarterly production bonuses
Flexible scheduling (4 ten-hour shifts/week)
Comprehensive benefits package including 401k with match
CE allowance with stipends
License renewal and professional association memberships
About Our Hospital
2 Full-Time DVMs
5 exam rooms + dedicated comfort room
Surgery suite, dental table, open treatment area
Radiology and ultrasound rooms
Separate cat room
2:1 tech-to-doctor ratio, with additional float support

Skills & Qualifications
DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited university
Licensure in good standing to practice in California
Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
