Our company is an industry leader in reproduction with small ruminants. We are looking for an individual who can accurately and reliably assist our veterinarians with multiple procedure requirements.
Summary Job Description: Primary focus will require direct interaction and support of our veterinarians and clients during embryo transfer and laparoscopic surgical procedures. Training as an embryologist will be provided by the company. The qualified individual must be self-motivated, diligent, organized, extremely accurate and committed to helping our business succeed and grow. This position will require overnight travel during the breeding season where you will have the opportunity to work with many of the premier livestock producers across the USA.
Preferred Education/Licenses: Certificate of completion from an accredited veterinary technician or assistant program, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Experience: At least two years of experience is preferred; however, exceptions can be made if the candidate displays outstanding qualifications. Applicant needs to be comfortable using various programs in Microsoft Office and email.
Salary will be based on experience and skill set, which can be very competitive. We offer health insurance, company sponsored IRA with a 3% retirement match and paid time off.
