We are located in Glendale, Queens, a small neighborhood in New York City which is very close to popular neighborhoods like Ridgewood, Forest Hills, Rego Park, Williamsburg and Bushwick. We opened at the end of 2013 and grew very rapidly and are still growing. In 2020, we will be moving into a brand-new, bigger, state of the art facility. Our team currently includes 1 full time vet, 3 part time vets, 2 receptionists, a licensed technician and 4 experienced assistants of which 3 are currently completing their veterinary technology degree. Our team is fun and dynamic, like a one big family. We all enjoy working together and put emphasis on great communication skills. This is also transferred to our clients, which we treat as well, like family.
We are a full-service clinic offering top notch medicine and a wide variety of services:
In house ultrasound services with an in-house sonographer for both abdominal and cardiac studies
Dentistry including dental radiology
In house lab services- CBC, chemistry, snap tests and a digital microscope
Soft tissue surgery
Orthopedic surgeries by a mobile board-certified surgeon
The clients in the area are very trusting and cooperative, and usually prefer to keep all procedures in house. We see a high number of very interesting and complex medical and surgical cases, and the successful candidate will have a great opportunity to gain both medical and surgical experience with a great mentorship.
All after hour emergencies are sent to one of the multiple close-by referral
