Pruyn Veterinary Hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join the team!
Pruyn Veterinary Hospital is an AAHA accredited facility that has been servicing Missoula, Montana since 1949. We practice high-quality medicine and surgery for small animals, avian, and exotics. We are looking for an experienced associate to join the existing six DVMs that are currently at Pruyn. Our staff is fun, caring, dedicated and supportive. We are dedicated to serving the patients and clients of our community. We are a fast-paced clinic that values work/life balance. Preference for the open position will be given to candidates who have an interest in working in orthopedics
About the Hospital:
Digital Radiology, with all files read by a boarded radiologist
Surgical Laser
Video Endoscope and Laparoscope
3 Ultrasounds
Well-equipped surgery suite with blood pressure, EKG, pulse oximetry, and end-tidal CO2 monitoring equipment
A rehabilitation unit, with underwater treadmill and therapeutic laser
Ligasure and Cautery
Digital Dental Radiology
We offer a variety of soft tissue and orthopedic surgery
Full in-house lab, and additional off-site reference lab
Full array of orthopedic equipment including bone pack, Stryker drill sets, VOI plating system, external fixator set, IM pins, bone saw, and VOI TPLO pack

Skills and Basic Qualifications:
A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or related degree from an accredited university.
Licensure in good standing to practice in the state in which applicant is to be employed.

Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Works collaboratively with hospital team members.
