Four Paws is a privately owned, primary care, small animal veterinary hospital located in Fredericksburg, VA. We see wellness, sick and urgent care appointments, in addition to surgical and dental services. Our associates have access to modern equipment and facilities, and are encouraged to practice high quality medicine. Excellent communication and compassion is encouraged with all staff members. We believe in spending time with our clients and patients, as this fosters the best patient care and highest client satisfaction and compliance. Teamwork and a positive attitude are encouraged in order to make Four Paws a great place to come to work every day.
Company History
Dr. Kallay worked her first 5 years out of school as an associate, during which time she learned a lot about medicine, people and business demands. She founded Four Paws in 2006 due to a desire to create a positive work environment that fosters great relationships with patients and clients, all while practicing excellent medical care. For over two years she was the only doctor and manager of the business, so she appreciates the multi-faceted nature of running a practice. As the business grew she added mangers, associates, and support staff. After almost 20 years in business, she is proud to have earned a good reputation in the community - both with pet owners and colleagues. She hopes Four Paws will continue to thrive in the community for a long time to come.
