Company History

Owner Biography:
I am Dr. Cecilia Wolf, the founder of The Guardian Vet Group and an experienced veterinarian. I began my career as a small animal general practitioner in 2021, and six months later, I embarked on a mentorship in Emergency Medicine. Upon completing the mentorship, I joined the ER as an associate doctor. Balancing roles as both a GP and an ER vet has allowed me to experience the dynamic environment of emergency care alongside the complexities of primary care. This dual experience has enabled me to navigate the unique challenges of each department and effectively communicate expectations to my clients. At The Guardian Vet Group, our team members will have the opportunity to work in both ER and GP settings, promoting a more holistic approach to veterinary care. The mentorship program will be my personal focus. I will provide a standardized guide to help doctors identify their strengths, weaknesses, and passions. I will also implement a strict format to ensure that each mentor and mentee can achieve their goals. This monitored approach is something that should have been established long ago.
