We're a busy, well-organized hospital with a reputation for excellence, and we're looking for a compassionate, collaborative veterinarian to join our thriving 6-doctor team. If you're someone who thrives in a culture of support, learning, and high-level medicine-with a touch of nerdy fun-this might be your perfect career home.
Get to Know Us:
- 6-Doctor Team - Supportive, friendly, and collaborative. We help each other with cases, scrub in on surgeries together when needed, and typically staff 3 doctors per day.
- Culture Matters - We value great communication, people skills, and a can-do attitude as much as clinical strengths. We're a team of trivia buffs, Zelda and LOTR fans, and lovers of all things nerd culture. We play music while we work and genuinely enjoy being here.
- Small Animal GP + Some Exotics- Dogs, Cats, guinea pigs, ferrets, and parrots. Open to expanding-just no rabbits (allergies!).
- Busy, Varied Caseload - From wellness visits to urgent care and advanced surgeries. We practice high-quality medicine with strong protocols and resources.
- In-House Labs, Advanced Diagnostics, Surgery & Dentistry - Spays, neuters, dentals, amputations, enucleations, GDVs, C-sections, FHOs, CCL injuries, exploratory, cherry eye, and more.
- Additional services - Stem cell therapy, PRP, cold laser, Chinese herbal medicine, and veterinary medical manipulation (chiropractic).
- Excellent Referral Network - We work closely with Oregon Veterinary Referral Associates (derm, surgery, internal med, ophtho, ortho) and have a great relationship with the local ER hospital. Easy transfers, shared care, and seamless communication-true partners.
Support team & Facility:
- 6 exam rooms (2 cat, 4 dog) + 1 consult room (another on the way!)
- 3 CVTs (4th starting soon!)
- Fun team-we play music, host BBQs, murder mystery nights, and have holiday parties
- Zero turnover in 3 years
- Well-equipped surgery suite with natural light, cautery, cryopen
- Dedicated wet table for dental procedures
- Spacious hospital layout with a relaxing break room (velvet couch, kitchen, snacks, and a TV)
- We have followed AAHA guidelines for over 20 years, and some Fear-Free certified team members
Schedule - Open M-Sat, 9am-5pm. Saturdays are reserved for existing clients (wellness and urgent care). No after-hours emergencies.
