Practice Quality Medicine

Our practice is 100% small animal and sees approximately 20–28 appointments per doctor each day. Wellness visits are scheduled for 15 minutes, while sick appointments receive 30 minutes, allowing you to provide thoughtful, efficient care in a busy but supportive environment.

We foster a collaborative culture built on teamwork, open communication, and psychological safety. Every doctor is supported by a dedicated technician, with an additional floating technician available to assist throughout the day.

• Typical schedule includes:
• Three weekday appointment shifts
• One dedicated surgery day
• Every other Saturday
• Flexible scheduling options
• No after-hours or on-call responsibilities
